I am a 28 year old woman with mild Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy. I have had several corrective surgeries on my legs and feet. These include: Achilles tendon lengthening with other tendon transfers on both feet; femur, tibia and fibula bone rotations on both legs (this was incredibly painful); screws in both ankles and finally a full hardware removal.
Daily life has always included chronic pain, along with balance and coordination issues; but I manage well.
